Welcome to the Blue Seas Surfing School, located on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. Learning to surf in paradise is fun and easy for everyone. Our professional staff, new equipment and awesome Kauai waves make surfing a great activity for all ages!

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) surfing is very popular and fun. We teach you the ins and outs of holding your paddle and catching real waves on your SUP surfboard. It is fun and easy after a class or two. Give it a try while on vacation on Kauai.

Surfing the South Shore

On the south shore, Blue Seas Surfing School operates from captivating Poipu Beach at the Marriott Waiohai Hotel Beach Club. We provide surf boots and shirts, soft-top surfboards and leash; all you have to do is surf and have fun!

Our classes start on the beach to get the basics for positioning on the board. We then take you to light surf so you can get the balance and gain the confidence to catch a wave. The instructor provides personalized tips to get you up on the surfboard quickly and in the proper position. Smaller classes mean you will get more attention from the instructor and more turns at catching the waves!
