Stand Up Paddle (SUP) surfing, in Hawaiian Hoe he`e nalu, is rising from the Hawaiian shores and gaining global popularity. Paddling is done in safe waters, where you stand on the board and propel yourself with an outrigger paddle. Stand up paddling is easy to learn: You can become comfortable on the board and in the water within an hour.

Lessons

Stand Up Paddle surfing is very popular and fun. Blue Seas Surfing School can teach you the ins and outs of holding your paddle and catching real waves on your SUP surfboard.
